Abstract
The inversion of the elastic strength in the layers of the Earth tectonosphere leads to non-compliance with the principle of minimum potential energy of elastic deformation of the gravitational stress. This means the possibility of plastic / viscous flow provided by decreasing the elastic potential energy. Considered in the work of the phenomenon is a new type of instability layered elastic-plastic medium in the gravitational field of stress.References
