Registration and Submission Procedure
To participate in the conference, you need to fill out the participant registration form. After that, you will be able to add a presentation, specifying the session, presentation title, and authors. The Organizing Committee notes that the presentation must be submitted by the co-author who plans to present it at the conference.
Registration with abstract title submission: January 15, 2026 – July 1, 2026
Only presentations delivered at the conference by one of the co-authors will be published in the conference proceedings. Formatting guidelines for materials are available via the link.
The conference proceedings will be indexed in the Russian national information and analytical system «Russian Science Citation Index». The 15 best presentations will be published in a special issue of the journal «Volcanology and Seismology» (formatting guidelines are available on the journal's website). The Conference Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject papers that do not correspond to the conference topics or formatting guidelines.

The presentation in (*.pptx) format must be sent to the email: geothermalvolcanology@mail.ru no later than September 5, 2026.The recommended file name for submission is: Name_Title of presentation_v#.pptx
