The paper for the first time provides the results of calculation content of single hydrogen sulphide forms in the Dorinskoe mineral lake. It is revealed that under the varying heat conditions and varying mineralization system equilibrium H2S<=> HS-<=> S2- changes to formation of hydrosulphide ion. Its amount increases with depth in the benthal zone.

Keywords: hydrogen sulphide, equilibrium, activity ratio.
