ROTATION ELASTIC FIELDS IN SOLID BODY AND VORTEX DECISIONS OF DIRICHLET’S PROBLEM – IDENTICAL SISTEMS?

The proposition about rotation-elastic field in rotating block’s solid is stated and is resolved analytically. Rotating wave model of Earth’s seismotectonic process is resolved. It shown that the movements of blocks, of tectonic plates, of geological displacement structures may be described in frame of such model. The review of equilibrium figures of rotating gravitating fluids is given. It supposed that modeling rotational tectonic movements corresponded the vortex decisions of Dirichlet’s problem for the Earth. The problems of the friction and of the rotational physics of the Earth are discussed.
