Uzon caldera

A Holocene tuff-ring hosting Dalnee Lake in the northern part of the Uzon caldera. The tuff-ring formed 7.6-7.7 ka BP and produced dark-gray andesitic cinder. It is the only Holocene magmatic feature within the caldera. A cone of Kronotsky volcano and two flat edifices of the Krasheninnikov volcano are seen behind the caldera rim.
