Welded tuff of the Pulomynk Peninsula, western shore of the Kurile lake, - presumably welded portion of the Kurile Lake caldera ignimbrite. The lower contact is not exposed and the top is overlapped by lacustrine deposits, so the exact position and real extent of the welded portion in the overall pyroclastic succession is not clear. Exposure is about 15 m high.
