Pumice fallout from the Kurile Lake caldera eruption, Pervaya Severnaya river, close to northwestern shore of the lake. The fallout is underlain by the phreatoplinian ash from the initial phase of the eruption (ph) and overlain by the ignimbrite (pf). The eruptive sequence rests on a thick paleosol.
