Krasheninnikov caldera

 

Northwestern part of a large Late Pleistocene caldera, which encloses Krasheninnikov volcano. The slope of the volcano is seen at the right. A frontal part of a 1300-yrs-old lava flow is behind the lake. A part of the rim of the Late Pleistocene caldera is at the background. Kronotsky volcano is at the far right.
