(11) Volcanic Activity Summary:There is no eruption of Klyuchevskoy volcano. After the summit volcanic eruption, which ended on 08 February, 2021, pyroclastics continues to crumble from the sides of the Apakhonchich chute on the southeastern slope of the volcano. In strong winds, pyroclastics can rise into the air and be transported hundreds of kilometers away from the volcano in the form of resuspended ash. The volcano is quiet at now. KVERT continues to monitor Klyuchevskoy volcano.

A moderate gas-steam activity of the volcano continues. Ongoing activity could affect low-flying aircraft.
