An amplitude of volcanic tremor is about 3.36 mcm/s. Video data showed an incandescence of the volcano summit at night and gas-steam plumes containing small amount of ash up to 19,700 ft (6.0 km) a.s.l. and to the north-east of the volcano on August 15-16. Satellite data showed a big and bright thermal anomaly over the volcano on August 15-16.

Strombolian explosive eruption of the volcano began and continues. Ash explosions up to 19,700 ft (6.0 km) a.s.l. will continues. The activity of the volcano could affect low-flying aircraft.
