56.64 N, 161.32 E; Elevation 10768 ft (3283 m), the dome elevation ~8200 ft (2500 m)
Aviation Colour Code is ORANGE

A moderate eruptive activity of the volcano continues. Ash explosions up to 32,800-49,200 ft (10-15 km) a.s.l. could occur at any time. Ongoing activity could affect international and low-flying aircraft.

An eruptive activity of the volcano continues. Explosions sent ash up to 10-11 km a.s.l. from 22::35 UTC on 09 January; and ash cloud drifted for about 900 km to the east from the volcano on 09-11 January. Satellite data by KVERT showed a thermal anomaly over the volcano all week.

A moderate eruptive activity of the volcano continues. According to satellite data by KVERT, gas-steam plumes containing some amount of ash extended for about 160 km to the north-western and eastern directions from the volcano on 05-06 and 08-10 January; a weak thermal anomaly over the volcano was noting on 06 and 08 January.
